Return Policy

At Oxaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at oxarostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
